I’m an Ayurvedic Holistic Health Coach and Therapist who helps women bring their hormones and nervous system back into balance because I know first-hand what it’s like to live in a constant state of stress and exhaustion.

I came from the corporate world, chasing success while juggling pressure, deadlines and expectations. In the process, I ignored the whispers of my body and sacrificed my well-being, until the burnout cycle caught up with me.

Everything shifted when I discovered Ayurveda, not as an ancient philosophy tucked away in books but as a living, practical system that helped me calm my mind, restore my energy and reconnect with my natural rhythm. By aligning with these timeless practices, I not only balanced my stress and hormones but also rediscovered a sense of ease and vitality I thought I’d lost.
