From Burnout to Purpose: My Story with Ayurveda
For years, I believed in one thing: work hard now, enjoy freedom later. Working in sales in the investment industry, I was caught in a relentless cycle of pressure, chasing success and financial freedom. I became a workaholic, driven by achievement—until I burnt out.
Changing jobs didn’t help. In my first week at a new role, I experienced a panic attack—a stark, undeniable message from my body. That moment cracked me open.

At the same time, I was in a long-term relationship that wasn’t aligned with who I truly was. So, when I came home, I wasn’t happy. The disconnection wasn’t just professional—it seeped into my personal life too.
I began to question everything: my life, my beliefs, and the endless cycle of overwork, emotional numbness, and disconnection. I stopped living on autopilot and started truly listening.
That’s when I discovered Ayurveda.
For the first time, things made sense. I saw how my habits, food, mindset and routines shaped my energy and emotions. Burnout wasn’t just about work—it was about being disconnected from nature, my body, and what truly mattered.

I began to unlearn old beliefs and built a life that felt nourishing and true. I stayed in sales a little longer but with a new mindset.

Then, in 2023, I took a leap. I left my job and spent two years traveling Central America, studying Herbal Medicine and Ayurveda, apprenticing on a cacao farm in Costa Rica, immersed in nature’s wisdom.

Later, I went to India, completing an Ayurveda Therapy and Coaching certification and Kundalini Yoga certification, learning from the source.

Ayurveda isn’t just healing—it’s a way of living.
