Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while also maintaining respectful boundaries around our time and offerings. This refund policy outlines what you can expect in the event of a cancellation or change.

Consultations and Coaching Sessions:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund.

Workshops, Programs and Courses:
Bookings for online workshops or programs are non-refundable once the program has begun or once access to materials has been granted. If you need to cancel your participation before a program starts, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, you may request a full refund or transfer your booking to a future event, subject to availability.

Product Sales (if applicable):
If we offer any physical or digital products in the future, refund and return policies specific to those items will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

Cancellations by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, workshop, or event, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
